These then define the areas of benefit for the company - change of technology, change of warehouse structure, change of work organization, etc. 

2. Business

We focus on sales department productivity and the impact of business activities on other departments. In addition, we look at the use of available modern resources such as CRM, social networking, linking to accounting programs, linking forecasting models with resource planning of other departments, etc.

3. Strategic management

Vision and long-term goals shape the company and thus influence the strategic management of the company. 10. Maintenance
