In order to create a vision, it is necessary to perform reliability tests, analytical tests of substantive accuracy and detailed data tests. These then define the areas of benefit for the company - change of technology, change of warehouse structure, change of work organization, etc. 

2. Business

We focus on sales department productivity and the impact of business activities on other departments. In addition, we look at the use of available modern resources such as CRM, social networking, linking to accounting programs, linking forecasting models with resource planning of other departments, etc.

3. Strategic management

Vision and long-term goals shape the company and thus influence the strategic management of the company. In addition to qualitative analysis, the activities focus on the formulation of vision, strategy, its disintegration and communication, linking with controlling and action plans, visual management across the company, form and monitoring of KPI / KPA, etc.

In this analysis we focus mainly on the quality management process itself. At the same time, we analyze the effect of established quality systems on the fulfillment of strategic objectives, the tools used for quality improvement and management, etc.

10. Maintenance

The basis is assessing the maintenance method - from maintenance after failure, the level of autonomous maintenance, preventive and predictive maintenance.
